Just drove by they are forming the walls for level 10. My guess is this should top out in December or January

Yeah, I posted a long time ago they reduced the podium by 1 floor, and increased the tower by 2. That’s when it changed from 44 floors to 45. This was due to the parking requirements

No projects in the Region will be starting until mortgage rates drop. Q condos has been approved for 3 years but hasn’t sold an until in forever. At least we have TEK and station Park C going up.

Last year there was marketing material conceptualizing a 37 floor tower here. The property ownership now states ‘King Pine Kitchener inc’ So unsure if this is one of the locals/regular developers

IN8 just launched sales for 1017 Main in Hamilton which is a multi tower project. I suspect this is their next one. Also the permit says 45 stories, might have grown a story

The design can still change through the SPA process once this is approved. We won’t know what it will look like until it goes into marketing, and even then it can change slightly when built
