I'm not sure how I feel about the ground floor walkups here. Typically they're a feature I really like, but I'd have preferred retail along Ottawa given the location.

Am I the only one disappointed in Zehr Development? After the big plans they had for SIXO, I was so excited they would be the next big developer but then they sold it and now I never hear about them.

Anyways back to this thread. This building now has a Zehr Development sign up, (Got me excited that this is going to start soon), then Bam the building just got a new tenant, some kind of Dog Stuff (Obedience School?) Don't know if it's only temporary or not. So much for that, Lol

Never expect much from builders trying to get into development. Just look at the stuff HIP builds as an offshoot of Melloul Blamey. Van Mar does a bit better but still not great. There's not a good example locally but maybe elsewhere.
