Looks to be a pretty slim tower, at least from this angle.

I also drove by it this weekend and the first floor of the Heritage building is boarded off with plywood

It is. It's 236 units on 34 floors, while Charlie West is 305 units on 31 floors. Charlie West also has a parking garage eating up floor space, but Q Condos is zero parking. So each floor is probably only about 2/3 the footprint of Charlie West, which is already slimmer than a tower like 1 Victoria.

Based on Momentum's Instagram page sales will start sometime this spring. They also have some small details about the building amenities, particularly the gym.
