Luckily it is owned by a private company and not a government parcel. When they want the tents gone, they will be able to remove the tents.

The police have tried keep them off this space and it's one reason why the owner put up a fence a long time ago. It mostly worked. Hopefully that when they need to have them vacate the area, the SJWs don't get involved and turn it into some kind of stupid spectacle again.
