This project is well into construction now, with sales continuing. Buildings A and B are nearly sold out, Building C not so much.
Pricing runs up to just under $500k
Occupancy in phases for 2020.

I believe the units are fairly large here compared to other condos. I have a friend who purchased one and loves it. The owners must be happy because not a single one has been on the market.

Individual AC units allow you to set the rent somewhat lower, as the tenant is typically responsible for hydro (and thus AC). On the positive side, by having each person pay for their own AC will likely reduce the power consumption somewhat as opposed to having the AC paid for by "the man".

If these are Activa builds they may be Condo ownership. My inlaw lives in an Activa Build at Fisher Hallman and Huron. Each unit has an AC Unit on the balcony and a small furnace closet with a furnace and an on demand water heater. This is likely also to reduce additional condo fees for the owners or so that metering of each unit is in fact for that unit only.
