Wow, this looks great. I've always loved the old Economical/Conservatory of Music building. Nice to see that it will live on in this new development. Also nice to see a substantial development in the old heart of Downtown (King & Queen).
The article indicates that this is the first project submitted since the Downtown subsidy ended in February 2019. So this means that newly announced projects like the Francis development have actually been on the table for over 2 years?

Love love love what I'm seeing so far, which is extremely little ha.
Any more pictures? Is the back half a darker color?
34 floors is a decent height
What's all this about contaminated area? How much remediation work involved?
Overall, will a location like this have the same pull/allure as Innovation district DTK?

I wish it’s filling up the parking lot on the opposite site instead but they save the old foundation so I’m happy with that!
