Its a little weird accusing the driver of being tired or drunk or otherwise inebriated and texting?
Maybe that's a standard lawsuit I don't know.

But that doesn't answer the question of why they didn't build it as per the project agreement.

And unless GRT saved the footage it's gone, as they only store 72 hours. My guess is that they did probably save it, but I doubt we'll see it anytime soon if ever.

I'm pretty sure that's standard lawsuit stuff to accuse of everything possible. At least it was in my one experience where someone sued me.

Thanks! I wonder why they always publish these things so late, though. That footage is at least 6 weeks old.

I hadn't heard of the Canada's Wonderland situation. That's kind of funny.
CW's neighbours are the reasons that Kingswood went from a prominent outdoor concert venue to a storage facility for the park.

It takes a while to get footage through the pipeline.

The baseline service schedule shows trains from 5am to midnight, which young family or not, is a large portion of the 24-hour day with disruption. That's not including the overnight freight to and from Elmira.
The original functional design plans called for a noise barrier to be built between Quiet Pl and Bearinger based on noise studies that were done. The new plans also call for noise barriers to be constructed in the text, but not shown in the drawings.
Everyone move to the back of the bus and we all get home faster.

Pipeline? Insert SD card into computer, edit for a bit, upload to YouTube. Camera to Internet in under an hour. It's not like building an LRV.

But trains are not running every 5 minutes at 5 AM.
