Who could have foreseen this coming? Most predictable outcome. Hope they ask for a height increase while they are at it. Would love for a developer to start showing how much this process has increased the price of each unit.

OLT sets hearings for October 2025 - I assume the housing crisis will either solved or the next generation will have moved away by then..
