It's still an announcement announcement at this stage but maybe we'll know once it's an actual announcement. 150km/h is peak speed right now, I've measured it. It just slows down a lot. Funding for construction pending election would be pretty good.

(NZ in particular has been doing a lot of announcement announcements but Canada does them too!)

When it comes to "investments", the GofC is a master at multiple announcements.
