I'm inclined to believe this is a relocation to somewhere more central to KW than Sportsworld. Even Toronto only has two delivery stations, Etobicoke and Scarborough, so I can't imagine Waterloo Region needing two.
The Kitchener and Cambridge Delivery Centres are 'Last Mile' Shipping centres.
I watched a video on this, and it looks like these delivery centers take in all the packages from the GTA fulfillment centers destined for the Waterloo region (I'm guessing the Kitchener one will cover KW and the Cambridge one will cover Cambridge/Guelph?) via a truck that arrives maybe twice daily from each of the GTA fulfillment centers (There are currently 5 that I know of in the GTA now, Will we get same day prime now?) and are then handed off to local drivers to go to the last destination.
