According to this article https://www.therecord.com/sports-story/2...-approved/ the house on Scott Street had to be saved. I think that house is not shown on the render. The rental site says "The proposed building will include and enliven two historic buildings that currently exist in the area." I wonder if these are 87 and 91 Scott Street?

Also says coming 2021. Do they mean I wonder construction starts then or this is the move in date?
