Bad design encourages stupidity... and this intersection and one way street system is the best proof of this. I live right there in one of the apartment buildings on Caroline (next to the lake), and i see drivers going the wrong way at least ONCE PER WEEK. And not just a little bit, they go all the way to the intersection with Albert until they realize it's the wrong way! it's actually insane. Ugh this actually gets me so mad, going back to two-ways or at least having much better signage would help a ton.
