My gripe about that survey is that it forces you to distill your GRT experience down to 3 things:
1) Your most used Terminal
2) Your most used bus route
3) Your most used bus stop (they even ask forthe EasyGO number!)
I happen to use the 200 iXpress the most, as it is my work commute. I will happily concede that it is, more or less, great! The stops are kept clean. It's never more than 5 minutes late/early (because that's impossible at 10 minute frequencies).
But that being the gleaming star of GRT, I decided to pick the stop that I wait the most at, so they could get some honest feedback about problems in the system.
