Why is there a no-left turn restriction on Willis (WB) to Caroline (SB) added with the Ion construction? What is the goal? It's not like there is a huge flow of traffic on Willis that would start backing up if someone is having trouble turning left for a few extra seconds. Is it temporary during Ion construction/Uptown streetscape construction or is it permanent? Or is the sign rotated and actually a no-left turn from Caroline (SB) on the Willis (EB).
Everyone move to the back of the bus and we all get home faster.
