Great observation. Whenever I drive on the Conestoga Parkway up between say Bridgeport and University, it amazes me that if you look at the lights way off in the distance, it looks like they're off - and they wink "on" as you get closer, because the light is so focused. It's the weirdest thing to see the roadway illuminated with no apparent source of light. Maybe we can enlist the anti-light pollution advocates to help us get rid of these stupid fixtures? Big Grin
