Highway 7 - Kitchener to Guelph

Oops. I had forgotten that they haven't done it yet on Highway 85, just on Highway 7/8 for the full length of the Parkway. I think that the plan is to do it for the next phase. Then they could go up to 100 for the full length in the KW sections.

There is only a grass median west of Ira Needles.  The Expressway continues another dozen KMs or so out to New Hamburg.
