What's up with Duke and Water? The intersection is completely done, track all embedded, pavement filled in up to the tracks... it would be completely drivable if it wasn't for the overkill of signs and fences blocking the way. Why hasn't it opened yet?

Same with Duke / College - it's been done for over a month now!

Is Duke from Water to College paved yet?  Maybe they will open all when it's done?
