Some highlights:

Some highlights:
- Maintain existing parking supply but do not add any additional municipal parking
- Strategically convert on-street parking on King St to provide 15-minute loading zones
- Sell/repurpose underutilized or high value surface lots (Lot 15, 22, 14, 7, 23)
- Assess need for maintaining Duke & Ontario Street Garage at appropriate lifecycle stage
- Adjust pricing of monthly permits in line with other jurisdictions
- Pricing should vary by garage/surface lot based on demand to support the efficient use of underutilized facilities (NB Duke and Ontario garages have very low utilization)
- Introduce paid on-street parking to achieve a target 85% utilization by block, ensuring continued parking availability:
- Subject to further consultation, transition towards the gradual elimination of free 2-hr parking- On side streets, adjust max. time limit to 3-hr - Add bicycle parking facilities to address existing coverage deficiencies
- Assess feasibility of implementing on-street EV charging on select side streets or off-street municipal lots
