Nothing earth-shattering; four existing daily trains will now run express beyond Brampton into Union (with additional trains in that section running as local stoppers).

A new bus route, 17B, will run on weekends through August to connect to Lakeshore West services (much like its weekday-only cousin the 17). This one will skip Guelph, and connect at Burlington GO. It's marketed as a through connection to Niagara Falls, but I can see it being used for other purposes quite easily.

Solid gradual improvements indeed.
