For a Drewlo project this is pretty good. For a project in general, I am not a fan. Grey and white is the only material developers seem to use. I think the building would have looked better if they had gone with a red or yellow brick and carried it all the way to the parapet. At least the balconies seem to be large enough to actually function as an outdoor space. 

I wonder how many years those banners will be up for? I think the Barrel Yard banners have been up for almost 10 years. The city needs to create a by-law limiting the length that a building can have a temporary sign on it.

That's a Kohler industrial generator...pretty sure a diesel version but they make ones that use anything from natural gas to propane. I'm wondering if it was temporary and used for construction because it's odd they'd put a permanent one less than 4 metres from residential units but who knows.
