Aren't these the same planners that did narrow regional Roads like King between Victoria and William and Charles between Queen and Ottawa for LRT. They can do it, but they are reluctant to do it.

Route 33 does run every 30 mins, 7 days a week. With a connection to both Blockline Station and the Sunrise Centre Terminal. Proposed route 101 also will be serving this area.

My only assumption about excluding access from Country Squire Rd is that Woolwich Township would need to be engaged as it straddles the border with Waterloo. (Or Woolwich had an objection to it)
