I don't know if there was really much to have a status of, no?  Just a concept drawing popped up.  Was there even a developer attached to it?

They've filed with the city for a zone change, that's how we first found out about it, so they have to be a bit beyond concept. Sun Life has a real estate arm, so they could be doing it themselves, or at least taking on the approval to increase the value of the property when they sell.
