I noticed that there is a proposal in place to re-develop the Credit Union fronting on King and 8 George into a 9 storey 42 unit condo tower with retail at street level.  This development will be right beside the new townhomes going in at 10 and 12 George.  I though the height limit on that stretch of King was 6 floors.

Where did you find this proposal? I'd like to take a look.
