Sure enough- “don’t leave your car.” Ugh. I guess Penguin doesn’t want your business unless you’re driving.
Whether it is Kitchener/Waterloo or Oakville or Sudbury the big box stores are not always located close to users nopr are users always near Penguin centres. If there is something you want from a Best-Buy and you know what you want you, you can order it and then pick it up at the store online centre. If you don't order that item online sometimes your chance of finding that item are less than a 50-50 chance.
Penguin "smart centres" are one of the largest retail developers in Canada. They were purchased by Calloway REIT in 2015. They see a huge potential market support system for their retail leasees and They have to compete with Amazon, Wallie-Mart and the likes of Loblaw companies for delivery or pick-up. It's a brave new retail world. Target learned the hardway.
The best $99 I spend every year is for my Amazon Prime service which is two day delivery or faster at no cost. I add the freebie app Deliveries to my phone and know every step of the way where my order is 24/7. Not that I am checking at 2:27 a.m.. You can also use freebie Parcel Delivery Tracker. They are also on the Android platform.
