Bold of them to refer to Chicopee as a ski resort.

Not just a ski resort -- ski resorts!

You can do cross country at Schneider's Bush. 😂

Don't forget, you can sky down an old pile of trash as well! You just have to walk all the way back up.

And there is cross-country skiing at the Laurel Creek Conservation Area and at RIM Park too. If they convince Grey Silo to open up for 'Après Ski" events, and put a yurt up at the Conservation area, we *might* be able to call it a ski resort.

Fun fact: there used to be small ski hill west of Wilmot Line that closed in the mid-to-late 1960s.

The Duke of Wellington’s last day open was yesterday at the Atrium location to make way for a future development.

I also found this online which looks like a render (scroll down a bit) but not sure if it’s old or what the status is

Is this the one you meant? I don't think this is the same "Atrium" as the Uptown Waterloo one... likely just the working name of a development in this case. I can't pinpoint where in Waterloo this is though, is that a Wendy's to the right side of the render? Where is that?

That page has multiple Momentum projects as investments, so they probably are invested in the property we're talking about, as it's a Momentum project too. But the image is a placeholder until the real render comes out.

Any word on any movement on plans for the Inn of Waterloo site with Drewlo Holdings?

Don't want to de-rail this thread, but I've noticed a few months ago the Chicopee Tube Park signage has all disappeared, and the building has new branding as Pine Valley Chalet.  Website mentions the chalet by name (as event space), but no clue (other than out of season) why the signage is gone.

It is now a wedding venue. "The Pine Valley Chalet boasts a magnificent 9,500 sq. ft. log style venue with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams. Its rustic interiors and the serene surroundings make it the perfect setting for your special day."

Edit: The tube park is still functioning. They posted a Black Friday ticket sale on Facebook, yesterday.

It was a wedding venue before now too (we looked at it a few years ago). I think they just have decided to emphasize that as the branding over the activity park.
