I think that's quite all right. With 26 (and soon 27) cafes in DTK, it makes sense that some of them will look beyond coffee (and pastries) for some differentiation.

I agree however, I don't like the height of the framing so far. Kind of looks indicative too a lower ceiling height.

The framing of the far back wall appears to be full height.

The framing towards the back looks like it goes all the way up. On the right, not so much, but who knows what that's for.

I can think of a number of Starbucks locations with exposed duct work, so I don't think that'd be an obstacle.

Framing is no indicator of ceiling height. The exposed vents are very high up.

I don't think I've seen it announced here yet, but apparently Tesla is opening a dealership at the old Saab location off Victoria. Someone posted a picture of the sign a few days ago.

Yes, it was in the news last year that Tesla was opening a store. Thanks for the graffiti already.. Very classy !!
