This was also approved at the Planning and Strategic Initiatives meeting last night, some of the councillors were very adamant about commerical on the ground floor so there is an amendment of sorts to force the ground floor to have commerical heights, Chapman was running the meeting yesterday so it wasn't necessarily the most clear as to what sort of amendment is being added, but when this goes for final council approval it will be clearer.

Nothing is ever clear. As Councillor Michaud stated, Garrett's answers we vague. I wish they would just speak plain English or say Yes or No.  I am glad Barry backed her up and all the others then followed.  It was rude of Litts partner to automatically say No without reason when she was questioned about the commercial areas for the ground floor. They are used to getting what they want, so Im glad to see Council is onto them.

Good. Ground floor retail is an absolute must.
