Another new residence building for UW.  The location can be found in the Zone Change Application HERE, and it looks like it may be located on open/parking lot space on the west side of the ION tracks.  Personally, I think this is a good infill project and extra cool that it involves the creation of a new pedestrian bridge over the ION. 



Finally, that long existing pedestrian bridge over University Ave W will be used more!
