It's a cool building and could be really interesting for someone who is into interior design. Anyone who has lived in a place like Japan or South Korea would adore a place like that. The outside of the building is pretty plain, but not in a bad way at least. It's just there.

Most times when I've passed there's some crackhead slumped over right at the front door, so hopefully whoever buys it can deal with that. But otherwise it's a unique little infill project. We need a million more of those in every place that could handle one.
