That's what I was thinking. They already have a billion parking spots in the old Market Square garage as Europro still technically owns that (possibly the old city hall as well?) and I imagine it doesn't get used too often given that most students don't drive and there are certainly not enough staff to fill the parking garage anyway. They could definitely redevelop that parking lot with a nice skyscraper and cram a couple hundred residential units there.
