I drove by it today and the tower that's currently under construction looks to be about 10 or so floors up, I didn't get an exact count, they're using precast (it looks like Stubbe's) so it's going up relatively fast. It can now be seen from the top of McLennan Park as well.
Tricar the developer behind the project is marketing it as Deer Ridge Point, on the website for the project it mentions condos/rentals, so presumably the building where the Mandarin is located will be the condos (4220 King) and the two other buildings will be rentals (one of which is under construction). There isn't any new permit applications in the system so the second and third towers might be a few years off.
