Thanks for finding this, I vaguely remember this proposal. Would have been a great addition to the king street front. Still disappointed Stantec decided to go with the suburban Waterloo office. Their office in Toronto is a beautiful old post and beam building on Spadina.  Although hopefully we get some height out of the next proposal to hide the hideous paint job at 22 Frederick. General question, Is there a height limit on buildings constructed fronting king?

I think the King frontage was at one point supposed to be limited to 3 floors with set backs, but I don't know if that's still the case
