With less than a year to completion of the the Glovebox, I would hope that they have other retail/office tenants lined up. 

It's basically impossible to sign office leases right now. Most office jobs are still WFH, and it's unclear when they'll be returning. So no one is eager to take on a new financial commitment.

Retail is a little different, but most DTK is retail is restaurant/entertainment, which is also an industry with no money to be signing any leases right now.

I expect we won't see any tenants til post-pandemic.
