Crane is up. Concrete wall on the far right side of the site (by the theatre) is quite prominent as well.

Finally. The project in Galt to spark a Renaissance of sorts - big expectations. It already won some local 'architecture design' award or something before the crane even went up.

This site is well above grade and looking like a monstrosity. Getting a little worried, though I guess I shouldn't have expected much from HIP. Will try to photograph next time im by.

HIP may not be the best but the plans for this always looked like they had potential. I'm curious how it looks as well.
