Cant wait to see the cladding go up

I was very surprised to see another partial floor going up at this site.  For all I know it could be for utilities or the top of the elevator.  Could it be another outdoor patio?

I do expect that to be for the mechanical room: HVAC, water heaters, water softeners etc.

Here is a lower-level view from this morning: third-floor window frames are going in.

All that window framing without a single glass panel to confirm that it’s as per renders. They are doing this just to frustrate me! Wink

Same. It looks fantastic.

No word of tenants though?

Didn't get a photo today, but the ground floor windows are all in along King St, and a few up the side.

It's looking great. Beautiful addition to DT Kitchener. I hope one day the hole across from city hall is filled, and that parking lot beside old city hall is rehabilitated into something beautiful (it's the one facing King).

Yes! The glass has a light brick pattern, which was not so easy to see in the renders. Close up it looks quite good. I did not see any glass with actual (arched?) windows yet though.
