Station Park has released the floor plans, but not yet the pricing, for the first two towers ("Union Towers"). 450 total units in two towers of 14 and 25 floors (assuming that there is no floor 13): - 212 1BR units, average 573 sqft
- 162 1BR+D units, average 593 sqft ("den" is a pretty flexible concept these days)
- 76 2BR units, average 772 sqft
That's over 80% 1BR units. And not big ones, either, very few over 600 sqft. Am expecting Toronto-ish pricing.

Also, how times have changed that that's a thing to say.

Duh, forgot the podium units. The correct total is 472 units: - 225 1BR units, average 542 sqft
- 164 1BR+D units, average 594 sqft ("den" is a pretty flexible concept these days)
- 83 2BR units, average 766 sqft

14 storey + 4 podium = 18 25 storey + 3 podium = 28?
Have not seen any new updated photo to show lower height.

Don't forget, these units are at the fringe of a much larger planned complex. What's to come will surely be larger.

No, the podium is included. The tower floor numbers start at 5 and end at either 15 or 26. I suspect the tower heights in the thread title bear little resemblance to the current plan, but we don't have any update available to know what that plan is now.

They just posted the render last month of 18 and 28 storeys, why would they just change it already? Did it mention the heights in the E-mail?, cause I received the latest one, but did not read it all.

They did not mention the heights, as far as I can tell. I am going by the floors on which units are available. It's possible that there is a penthouse floor or two beyond what they sent out, accounting for the difference. Or maybe there really is a 13th floor, I can't tell from the materials.
I was going to attach the floorplans but the maximum size for a PDF attachment is 5 MB.

I thinned I talked about pricing earlier in the thread, and that was when pricing was at 'day 1'. Invariably there was supposed to be an increase to the major release...

Got another E-mail, this time I checked the floor plans. Tower 1 and 2 both have first 4 storeys for the podium. Tower 1 has units from floor 5 to 18. Tower 2 has units from floor 5 to 26.
Also sorta render of the future buildings.

In the first picture the podium looks wider and the towers more offset than the reality depicted in the last one.
