So it would all be on the Stewart side of the spur. Would all access be from Stewart, or would they use the crossing on the spur to allow access from Joseph?

The pasted thingy above says “the majority of traffic will be on Joseph St” and also mentions a “CN rail crossing and safety assessment required”.

Yes, I think so. They have taken two down and now have the (what appears to be) a perfect rectangle for the site. Still quite a bit of parking left though
