Laurier has been talking about how they're out of space and landlocked on their Waterloo campus. Maybe they're planning to setup a significant downtown campus?
Though the fact it also mentions business makes me wonder if it's Velocity-related. Perhaps they're moving back in to the building.

Someone on Reddit is claiming they have inside info it's a second location of the Clay & Glass gallery. IMO that seems unlikely, but posted here for completeness.

That's a very strange thing to claim though.

We also don't have any real info that the announcement relates to King Centre. The Clay and Glass gallery could be opening a smaller space elsewhere. Not that this changes my opinion it's unlikely.

I would have thought an announcement of its closure would be more likely than the announcement of a second location (not to start any rumours - I am not suggesting it's closing).

Not McMaster, think of a smaller presence in DTK, actually quite close to Manulife.
