Bike lane pilot! BIKE LANE PILOT! (I might be missing the point here )

I have to say the Drewlo project because the East End so badly needs the help.

Had I voted for the Drewlo project it'd be for that reason. I think it's going to set off a wave of momentum around that end of DTK

After giving it some thought, and I'm surprised this didn't make the list (unlike the Bike lane pilot, this is what we are talking about)...
I'm blanking on the name, but the tower development near Block Line Station. And I'll tell you why, because this is an area with major development potential, and the potential to become a new density node, something that is missing. Plus, there are a large number of nearby buildings already, that could be enticed to become more walkable if the streetscape was less terrible. I think it has huge potential.

Transit hub

Also vote transit hub. Or phase 2 of the LRT into Cambridge.

I couldn't agree more with you. I kept this one to projects in our urban cores. That one's enough outside that I kept it off the list. If we did a suburban poll I think that'd be the runaway winner. Or maybe we need one with no distinctions hah

What is missing is Virerra Village and the "Transit Hub" - though Transit Hub doesn't have anything to show yet, other than peoples imagination. Also missing is the "Google Tower" that's going to be built in DTK. Now that is going to be exciting, even though it's only going to be 850 feet tall.

Breithaupt Block Phase III is the new Google tower that's currently at LPAT, so it's on the list, though it's not going to be 850 ft tall. Unless there's some joke I'm missing?

I know you can build a 3500 feet tall tower!, lol Seriously tho, I wonder if any more developments get announced soon? Only 17 days till the exemptions end. |
