I was wondering why Andrin had not submitted building permits to the city for Young Condos ahead of the February exemption deadline, but this appeal to LPAT might have interfered? If so the project could be more expensive than planned to build.

This has been in the planning for over a decade.

Could they be asking for extension to development fee exemption? From what I hear, they are having a heck of a hard time selling these units.

Not really, it's pretty much the same massing as the updated one (couldn't find it before)

All three of those are the same, but they're all old now. They did a total redesign of tower 2, and it's now taller than tower 1 and set closer to Duke than King.
