Market Flats, the apartment building next to BT Supermarket, Civic 66, The Scott, Barra, OTIS, Midtown Lofts ... and that's just in DTK.

I'll try to upload some pics here. There has been a concurrent heavy amount of work being done on the podium areas (including that yucky multicoloured glass panel arrangement at the Madison-Charles and King-Cameron corners). At the pace of the last few months, completion by late summer/early autumn seems plausible.
