Looks like it's on its 3rd design, still going with the faux-historical style although it seems to be worse than the previous iteration, which I was on the fence about (it's kitsch, but with good materials it could have looked okay). Now this sort of reminds me of those really kitsch buildings you see the Chinese or Saudi's building, where they try to have it look like a building from central Paris.

This seems like something they will backpedal on once they secure enough buyers. Nobody is going to care about a bar and...golf simulator. Those are weird features to include in a Waterloo, Ontario condo.

I don't know, Waterloo has enough pretentious to make a go of it, one would think.  Folks with need to get some goodies in return for the four figure monthly condo fees.

A golf simulator really isn't that expensive. And it adds an "exclusive" amenity to the building.

Looks like a few of the largest units are for sale on MLS currently - ranging from $3.6M to $5.95M and 2,246 to 3,097 sqft.

Just what we need for the low-income and homeless residents of the region.

This is hilarious... this development is never going to happen. I'm literally laughing at the absurdity.

They're trolling, surely? 6 million dollars to live in a shoebox in Waterloo? Lmao.

I’m not sure I’d call over 3,000 square feet a shoe box

They are definitely not shoeboxes. They actually look like lovely suites. I am not sure our region has the wealth to justify these types of condos' yet, but maybe some super wealthy retired couple is sick of the work associated with a 6000 sq.ft. Mcmansion.

The floor plans can be found on the website
