Vertikal (471-481 King St E) | 23 & 19 fl | U/C
The attention this project gets is almost entirely due to the slow pace of construction.

There are plenty of nice recent midrise buildings. Market Flats, the apartment building next to BT Supermarket, Civic 66, The Scott, Barra, OTIS, Midtown Lofts ... and that's just in DTK.

Going by the marked floor count by the lift, there are four more floors to complete. I'll try to upload some pics here. There has been a concurrent heavy amount of work being done on the podium areas (including that yucky multicoloured glass panel arrangement at the Madison-Charles and King-Cameron corners). At the pace of the last few months, completion by late summer/early autumn seems plausible.

It looks like now working on floor 21, so two more to go after this one. I'm expecting we'll see the top residential floor in April, and the HVAC equipment enclosures in May.
