Vertikal (471-481 King St E) | 23 & 19 fl | U/C
Painfully bad podium and an enormous lost opportunity to animate an area that the city is pushing to be more walkable and activated on the street. Probably also falls in the realm of architectural committee that we don't have, but the dead parking podium standard around Kitchener really sucks. Even some TH units on the street level would make it better.

There is some red at the top but nothing like the colour standards in Northdale.

I think I last counted that they were on the 16th floor for the second tower. If my memory is correct, there is another seven months or so to go before they top out, probably next spring.

I thought they were on the 14th floor.  Will have to check this weekend.  They have the floors numbered on the elevator doors.

Thanks! It looks like they are working on the 15th. So, about eight months before they top out, maybe March or April.
