Good density. The design ... well ... I haven't seen a render yet ... so ... maybe ... or maybe not.

As I mentioned in the Parkside Towns thread this has a crane now, the crane is only large enough to do the first building. So if this isn't phased there will be two cranes up here. It certainly appears that it won't be phased since they have a sign displaying "Crane 1" at the top of the crane. They also aren't using a raft slab for this so there are some very hefty footings poured.
