Activa is proposing two towers with total heights of 14 and 22 floors, with a 4 storey podium connecting the two towers together. The number of parking spaces per residential unit is 0.82 less than the required 0.9. Indoor amenity space is provided on top of the building between the towers, outdoor amenity space is provided in a little park that is included in phase 1.
