Interesting construction on this one - the ground floor (tall ceilings where the lofts will be) is concrete while the other floors beginning atop of it are wood frame.

 Edge Architects are easily one of my favorite architectural firms in the Region. They just seem to understand scale and materials choices better than the mass production architects like SRM.
