Condo Culture posted on Instagram today, saying Station Park Tower 3 will go on sale in 3 months.
Previously they had said end of 2021, then beginning of 2022. I wonder if they are delaying the sale due to the surging market so they can price at a higher price point? There’s nothing else seemingly stopping them as all of the towers have been approved, as far as I know.
The wording from Condo Culture and the most recent plans submitted that show Phase “2A” and “2B” make me believe they will be building the next two towers one at a time, despite them being connected by a podium similar to the first two towers/first phase.

Hi Andy Mc, thanks for the photos -- but please use "Insert into post" as then it scales the photos to fit, otherwise only the left side of the photo is visible (depending on your screen size).

Thanks, I've been trying to figure this system out!

Edit Reason: I might be an idiot
)
The yellow panels are interesting. Looks like the same colour that Zehr used at 100 Vic/Garment. An homage to our old yellow bricks, perhaps.
Edit - wait a minute, I think I'm looking at plywood. If so, disregard my comment lol

But hey, not a bad idea, right? Perhaps a happy accident?
