TEK Tower (30 Francis) | 45 fl | U/C
Very interested to see the first floors that get balcony glass. So far looks to be fairly muted window/spandrel colouring.

It feels like This building is going to make or break the Communitech District appearance.

What's everyone's prediction?

I don't see why.  It's just another condo tower on a podium.  Not sure what's "make or break" about that.

I think due to sheer size and given it's proximity to the tech hub. Similar can be said about Station Park which seems to be okay so far.

Even if it's not great when finished, I don't think it can "break" a lot of what King/Vic has going for it.

Fair enough. I'm just hoping for a stellar piece. Still 'all in' mentality for me on DTK and KW overall.

I'm going to post something in the regular Kitchener urban thread..

By my count this is just past half way in height...25 floors, when including podium levels?

I think so, it’s just taller than 1 Vic (69m). This tower is 146m. I could see it poking out from Ira needles today

You seen it poking out already from that far...then it'll really have a presence!
