There is a building at Edna and Frederick (built a few years ago) that actually looked that way to my eyes.  Either that or all the utility poles around it were crooked...made for an interesting optical illusion.

Put me in the category that thinks it looks good. I think it will fit in nicely in the area and really improve the look of the former courthouse, soon to be police station across the road.
